With over 30 years of experience in the wellness industry, my journey has been anything but linear, but every step has led me here.

For years, I navigated my own health challenges, particularly with gut issues that left me feeling disconnected, low in energy, and hugely challenging at times. At the time, I thought that was just how life felt, that pain, fatigue or anxiety were simply part of the deal. I know now that they’re not.

When I began to understand the connection between the gut and the brain how what we feel is shaped by what we think, and how both impact our physical health, everything changed.

I think its important to say that the first thing you should know about me is every day, I choose happiness and that choice feeds my wellbeing and how I show up in the world.

I first studied NLP over 20 years ago for my own personal growth, becoming a Master NLP Practitioner. But it wasn’t until I trained in EFT that something clicked fully into place.

The transformation I experienced was undeniable physically, emotionally, mentally. That shift led me to train formally as an Accredited Health Coach, so I could combine lived experience with evidence-based practice and support others in creating their own lasting transformation.

Today, I live a blood sugar balancing lifestyle with lifestyle medicine at the core of everything I do.

Reconnecting with my health changed everything...

Gut health is a foundation of my work, because it influences everything. When your gut is out of balance, it impacts your sleep, focus, mood, and cravings. But when the gut and brain are in sync, you think clearly, feel energised, and make better choices with ease.

I specialise in supporting women with gut health, hormonal balance, menopause transitions, and those coming off GLP-1 medications guiding toward optimal, sustainable health. While weight loss may be part of the journey, the focus is always health gain, renewed energy, clarity, and a strong, empowered sense of self. I’ve witnessed real transformation in every client I’ve worked with. Supporting someone on their health journey is, and will always be, one of the greatest privileges of my work.
